The North Central Development Center (NCDC) keeps profiles on available sites and buildings, which can be e-mailed to anyone interested in finding a site or building.  They have specs on buildings, utility usage information, photos, floor plans, etc. on hand. They can also help you get in contact with zoning officials from the county and city.
